Product Overview

QF-S series is a gas-liquid mixing pump product installed horizontally. The pump and the motor adopt a coaxial direct connection structure. The static seal adopts a fluorine rubber O-ring, the dynamic seal adopts a mechanical seal, and the pump wheel adopts a vortex impeller.

Product Usage

This product is suitable for liquid transportation, gas-liquid mixing, circulation and pressurization. Typical applications are as follows:
1. Air flotation treatment equipment, ozone water production equipment, oxygen-enriched water production equipment, biochemical treatment equipment, etc.;
2. Heat medium and refrigerant circulation conveying of various temperature adjustment devices;
3. Various filtering devices;
4. Spray treatment of clean water, pure water, food, chemical liquid, waste liquid, etc.;
5. Harsh applications such as intermittent operation, water hammer, and sharp changes in back pressure. Such as: small steam boilers, high-rise water supply, high-pressure water injection, vacuum suction;
6. Take sample water from rivers or water storage tanks, transfer foaming liquid, and transport in long and horizontal pipelines prone to air pockets.

Conditions of Use

1. The ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C;
2. Transmission medium temperature: 0-60°C;
3. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13);
4. The volume ratio of solid impurities is ≤0.1%, and the particle size is ≤0.2mm;
5. Use voltage 380V. Frequency 50HZ. The voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value; 6. The gas-liquid ratio is about 1:9 (7~8%, not more than 10%).
